Ben understands the value of building and maintaining relationships. His very personable approach and his critical knowledge, garnered over 30 years in medical imaging equipment sales and customer service, are a tremendous resource. Ben manages the sales team, while continuing to assist customers with their radiology imaging needs. Before joining RadSource, Ben served as both sales consultant and sales manager at a large X-ray dealership. He welcomes your questions and inquiries. |

As our corporate service manager, Tim oversees training, installation, and technical support. His experience runs deep – 17+ years in the biomedical equipment field. Tim has worn many hats during his six years with RadSource, from PACs / IT service and support to all forms of medical imaging to CT service and applications training. Tim served for nine years in the U.S. Air Force as a biomedical equipment technician, specializing in the medical imaging side of biomed service. After leaving the Air Force, he worked for North Kansas City Hospital for three years as a medical imaging specialist. |

John manages day-to-day operations for RadSource’s Service Department. In addition to his many skills, customers depend on him for his specialty – digital imaging equipment installation and service. John has worked in the medical imaging service field for more than 20 years. Prior to joining RadSource, John held several service management positions, including working at a large digital OEM. |

Architectural Planning / Construction Management |

Gene is our Renaissance man, directing and coordinating all activities involved in new and remodel construction. He writes, designs, and produces construction plans, as well as equipment specifications, and prepares installation specifications and documents. He analyzes customer construction and equipment criteria in design proposals to determine feasibility of the design and application. Gene also designs products for retrofitting and upgrades to equipment. He prepares and directs product and system layouts, and detailed drawings and schematics. |

RadSource is fortunate to have Connie as the Chief Financial Officer. Connie utilizes her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kansas as well as her extensive and diverse back ground in accounting to oversee payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, ordering and billing. |

Calvin’s role is key to the success of our business and yours in information technology. He supports all of the PACS systems including security, patching, planning, testing, and implementing. He comes to RadSource with over twelve years in the imaging field having worked at North Kansas City Hospital for seven years as a Clinical Imaging Technology Specialist and with Diagnostic Imaging for five years as a PACS Support Specialist and Clinical Engineer. |
